研究方向及成果
主要研究方向为非线性混沌系统、人工智能器件和人工神经网络等，包括智能器件忆阻芯片制备、建模和特性分析；人工神经网络建模、动力学及其机理研究；人工神经网络应用电路和神经计算实现等。近5年来，主持纵向科学基金4项；在国际重要期刊上以第一和通信作者发表SCI论文12篇，其中一区5篇，二区7篇；授权国家发明专利6项；获山东省研究生优秀成果奖三等奖2次。
